Melia Poltu Quatu offers 142 guestrooms in four Mediterranean-style whitewashed buildings of two to four storeys, draped with bougainvillea and bordered by flowering gardens. Guestroom interiors feature Sardinian decor with inlaid-wood doors, bleached-wood furniture, wrought-iron standard lamps, rustic wood-frame mirrors, and cream bedspreads and curtains embroidered in blue with traditional figures. All have furnished balconies or terraces.

Tile bathrooms contain phones, shower/tub combinations, and marble vanity units. Amenities include satellite TV, safes, minibars, turndown service, and dial-up Internet connections.
